We are thrilled to have completed the interiors of this new-construction single-family home in Florida. The project was a wonderful design opportunity and a couple of years in the making due to its scope. We are proud to have provided our wonderful clients with this incredible family home.
MODERN VILLA is a two-story home featuring an owners’ suite, two VIP bedrooms, two guest rooms, and a service bedroom. All bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a powder room on the first floor. Clever wall dividers are used in multiple rooms, separating the open plan living and dining rooms from the kitchen and the family room. In addition to designing the interiors and outdoor spaces, our clients asked us to provide feedback to the architect regarding the façade.
A full-service cabana and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and dining area extend the family’s living space. Check out the AV tower in the owners’ suite and the banquette seating in the kitchen.
