“The more you know, the more you can create. There’s no end to imagination in the kitchen.”

Like Julia, we believe one of the most exciting rooms in a home is the kitchen. It’s where we prepare meals, gather with friends and family, create traditions and memories, and maybe even burn a few cookies on the way to perfecting Grandma’s favorite recipe. But it’s also the room where we can incorporate technology and appliances that will make life easier for our clients.

When clients come to us for help creating their interior spaces, we listen to their needs, their stories of how life hums along, and then plan a design that’s tailored to those needs. Whether it’s for a growing family with young children, or clients who enjoy hosting parties and need an extra catering kitchen, or a couple who is downsizing but still desires a kitchen that’s large enough to share with grandchildren breaking eggs for breakfast omelets, we work to find functional solutions within a beautiful form. Gaggenau helps make that possible.

So when Gaggenau invited Britto Charette to Chicago to view the latest innovations in the luxury brand’s appliances and to receive hands-on training, Jay happily volunteered to get cooking.

“I was blown away by the Gaggenau demonstration. It was an absolutely perfect presentation of appliances—some I was unfamiliar with--and gave me a lot of really valuable information that I can share with our design team and our clients.”
Jay Britto
Jay, along with other interior designers, learned about Gaggenau’s products, including the latest cooktops and ventilation systems, handle-less fridge/freezer combinations, vacuum-sealing drawers, and a wok ring that all of us here at Britto Charette have put on our holiday wish lists.

We’d like to thank Kera, Josie, Amanda, Larry, and the entire team at Gaggenau Chicago for hosting Jay. We look forward to learning from him and sharing the information with our clients.
