During Milan Design Week, it’s easy to immerse yourself in everything the famed city has to offer. Exceptional furniture and accessories, lighting, art installations, new design concepts—it’s all on display. But when we are in Milan, we also take time to enjoy Italy’s other passions: architecture and food. And this year, that included a trip to Villa Necchi to meet with the global team from Gaggenau.

Makers of high-end appliances, Gaggenau provides interior designers like us with many options for our clients. The luxurious and innovative appliances are beautiful and built for people who, like many of our clients, love to cook. So, when the team at Gaggenau invited David to meet with them and to tour the architectural marvel, Villa Necchi, he couldn’t wait to say yes.

Featured in movies such as House of Gucci, the villa has intrigued David for decades, since his time as an undergraduate studying architecture in Firenze and Volterra.
