Located in the BEACH TOWER, the 4-bedroom/5.5-bathroom Upper Penthouse is comprised of more than 7100 sf of luxurious interior space and a whopping 6101 sf of exterior space that includes a jaw dropping rooftop terrace. The upper penthouse affords our clients spectacular views of the ocean and intracoastal.

ABOUT THE RESIDENCES AT POMPANO BEACH

From the masterminds at Fortune International Group, Oak Capital, Lissoni & Partners, Revuelta Architecture International, and Fairwinds, the gorgeous Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach provide owners with two residential towers to choose from. INTERIOR DESIGN TASK

Britto Charette is excited and honored to be working with our clients on this incredible residential interior design. We have worked with them on multiple projects and appreciate the trust they continue to place in us and in our team’s capabilities.

One of the elements we are most excited about? Mirrored walls to reflect the gorgeous water views. The custom mirrors will be accentuated by skillfully crafted millwork throughout the residence.

Fine furniture, beautiful fixtures, and exquisite collectibles have been curated from exceptional designers and from prestigious galleries Jay has visited during his worldwide travels. Our team’s interior design solutions include a custom bar, large-format custom rugs, custom ceilings, and a color palette punctuated with bursts of burnt orange. Layers of texture will include velvet, mohair, and chenille.
