Our Britto Charette team loves to transform homes, and this Palm Island beauty had us at hello. The spec house, with its commanding views of Miami Beach, is being reimagined with a clean and modern neutral color palette—our signature sophisticated interpretation of the Miami lifestyle—and will radiate a relaxing Miami vibe. 

We are furnishing the 11k sqft home from floor to ceiling and adding beautiful and crucial lighting elements throughout. Interior designers are great at finding what we affectionately call “missed opportunities” in homes—those places where that extra something-something  can make all the difference. In this home, that means we are creating focal points and being mindful of proportions. Case in point? By removing the existing double doors, we’ve given the primary bedroom suite a grand entry with wow factor.

All beds throughout the residence will be integrated with nightstands and were designed by our team. We are also adding millwork throughout and reconfiguring some of the home’s layout. The theater room has been completely redesigned and the primary bathroom will now feature gorgeous marble. One of the biggest transformations will be the great room where we’ve redesigned the bar, making it an absolute showstopper.
